From the youth.... "Massanutten Church Youth are involved in all areas of the ministry of our church. We participate and lead worship. We serve the Lord through many mission opportunities, we discuss and learn together and we have a lot of fun. Worship leading opportunities include WOW Music and Drama team on Wednesday evenings and Spectrum handbell ensemble on Sunday evenings. Fellowship activities include a wide range of activities. We have done everything from canoeing, caving, to trips to amusement parks, snow tubing, and Youth retreats. We also have topical programs such as Youth depression or Inter faith tolerance."
At Massanutten Presbyterian Church, you’ll find a diversity of families. There are grandparents, new parents, single parents, empty-nest parents, and adoptive parents.
The Family Ministry Team oversees many of the programs that directly relate to families, engaging them in activities here within the walls of the church, and, more importantly, providing tools to take the gospel into their everyday lives. We invite families to bring the busyness of their lives - ball games, school crises, health issues, dance recitals, driving lessons, and the like – into the church We strive to be the body of Christ in a holistic way.
